Meet your Dieticians

Kristi Nadler

MS, RDN, CSOWM, LD

Kristi brings both depth and compassion to her work as a registered dietitian. With advanced training in dietetics, chef technology, and a Board Certification as a Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management (CSOWM), Kristi has the expertise to support patients through surgical and non-surgical weight loss journeys.

Her areas of focus include weight management, chronic disease management, nutrition education, and behavior change counseling. She’s especially skilled at breaking down complex nutrition science into simple, actionable steps, empowering patients to take control of their health. Kristi’s approach is rooted in progress over perfection, emphasizing a non-diet philosophy and promoting wellness at every size and stage of life.

Kristi is also a volleyball coach and parent, blending her love of the sport with her passion for mentoring and motivating others. Patients appreciate her ability to listen, connect, and create realistic, supportive nutrition plans that help them build confidence and lasting results.

Do. Jenna Bishop

RD, LDN

Jenna believes that nutrition is never one-size-fits-all. With a background from Iowa State University and OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, she specializes in weight management, diabetes and prediabetes, PCOS, and heart health. Her philosophy is simple: food and lifestyle choices should honor both your wellness goals and your personal preferences.

Jenna works closely with patients to build balance into their routines, helping them develop sustainable habits that feel realistic and achievable. Whether it’s adjusting meal timing, exploring food options that support medical needs, or creating routines that fit into busy lives, she ensures every plan is practical and personalized.

Outside of work, Jenna loves to travel — especially if mountains are involved — and stays active by shooting hoops with her boys or pushing her daughter on the swing. She’s a reader, a community advocate, and most of all, passionate about helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
